Gravediggaz é um grupo de hip hop americano de Nova York, conhecida por seu senso de humor negro e abrasivo, sons ameaçadores. O grupo foi formado em 1994 e foi efetivamente um supergrupo, reunindo Prince Paul (The Undertaker), Frukwan (The Gatekeeper), Too Poetic (The Reaper GryM) e RZA (O Rzarector). O seu início foi em grande parte devido aos esforços do Prince Paul. O grupo é amplamente creditado como sendo um dos grupos mais influentes e pioneiro no subgênero do hip-hop pequeno de horrorcore.
O primeiro álbum do grupo foi originalmente intitulado Niggamortis, no entanto, o título potencialmente indecentes foi alterado para 6 Feet Deep para o mercado americano (versões europeias do álbum manteve o título original, e também incluiu a faixa bônus "Pass the Shovel"). Lançado em 09 de agosto de 1994, 6 Feet Deep era uma mistura de humor negro, violência cartunesca lembra o Geto Boys, referências esotéricas ''Nation of Gods and Earths'' à Nação de Deuses e Terras, e alguns dos mais sombrios de produção de Paul's.
